E-examination

An on-campus e-examination (digital exam) means that you take the exam on site in an examination hall and that you use a specially prepared computer to read and write the answers. Here you will find out what you need to do before you take an e-examination.

How does an e-examination on campus work?

When you are about to take an e-examination, your teacher has prepared the questions in the service Inspera Assessment. If needed, the teacher has also prepared with, for example, websites, audio files or PDF files. You will write your answers using either your own or a prebooked computer. A secure web browser will lock the computer and only show the exam content.

Here is a checklist on how to prepare yourself for taking an e-examination.

Sign up for an on-campus e-examination

You always need to sign up at least ten working days before the exam date if you intend to attend a written exam or e-examination. To be able to sign up for an exam, you must be registered on the course, and the signing up period must have opened. You can cancel your exam attendance until the time when the exam begins.
