You must pay your rent and deposit in advance. You will not be able to pick up your keys without having paid your rent and deposit. Be sure to take a screenshot of your contract in case you do not have internet access when you arrive.

Have you received my rent?
You can check whether your rent has been paid by visiting the "Invoices and payment" section of your My Page account, where the status is updated as soon as your payment is processed through NETS.
We do not send out a confirmation email, the information will be updated on the system. As long as you have paid your rent via NETS, you do not need to submit a receipt of payment.
When will I receive my invoice?
In December the first rent invoice as well as an invoice for a deposit of 5000 SEK will be published on your university housing account.
Please note: You will not receive a notification when new invoices are published. We recommend you check your housing account frequently during the month of December.
The invoice is for the period 18 to 31 January, and also includes an 800 SEK non-refundable administrative fee (one time only).
Kindly wait for the invoice to be published before you make your payment. Payment instructions can be found on the document ‘Payments instructions’ in the Contracts section of your My Page account.
Both the rent invoice and the deposit fee need to be paid by the deadline on the invoice for you to receive the keys to your room.
Your deposit must be paid online using a bank card via the NETS payment system.
