I have lost my mobile phone, or have got a new one. How do I solve the MFA login?
Once you have received your new mobile phone, you can reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to log in to the University services.
If you do not have a digital ID, please contact Servicedesk for help.
I am struggling to log into the student website using Microsoft Authenticator. What do I do?
Microsoft is experiencing some problems with MFA (multi-factor authentication) using Microsoft Authenticator. This means that logging into the student website is sometimes slow. We are troubleshooting together with Microsoft. You can try again later, or try using another web browser.
I cannot see my schedule. What do I do?
Have you logged into the student website? If you are logged in, you should be able to see your schedule on the Student Web home page, either directly on this page or via a link to the schedule in another format, located above the schedule displayed on this page.
If you still can't find your schedule, try one of the following:

How do I find login to Canvas, Ladok and TimeEdit?
On a computer: to the right on each page on the student website, you find a pink “Shortcuts” menu containing links to where you log into Canvas, Ladok and TimeEdit.
On a mobile device: click the menu in the top-right corner. Under the headline “Shortcuts”, you can find links to where you log into Canvas, Ladok and TimeEdit.
I wish to submit consents so I can get student discounts, how do I do that?
You may be able to get certain discounts from some companies if you allow them to check that you are a student and a member of a student union.
