Doctoral student in History and Education. Lundberg dissertation project focuses specifically on teachers' interpretations of the meanings of ethnically heterogeneous classroom contexts.
Lundberg has been working as a doctoral student at the Department of Historical, Philosophical and Religious studies since the autumn of 2020. Lundberg has previously worked as an upper secondary school teacher in history and now build on those experiences in his research about history teachers' interpretations of what ethnically heterogeneous classroom contexts mean for their history teaching. One central research focus is on the relationship between teachers' descriptions of the role of their history teaching and the meaning of a heterogeneous classroom contexts. With his research Lundberg want to highlight teachers' experiences around these issues in order to create a discussion that can be valuable for others in the teaching profession to take part of.
