My research interests focus on organizational education where I studied and published on topics such as leadership, competence, organizational sensemaking, and change. I have also conducted research on policing, specifically on topics such as crime investigation and incident management. I have teaching experience from various study programmes and courses, with a few examples being the Police Education, the study program for Human Resource Management (HRM) and the Programme in Behavioural Analysis of IT Environments.
