Oleksandr Cherednichenko

My name is Oleksandr (Sasha) Cherednichenko.  During my PhD I aim to create a deep reinforcement learning framework to answer a single question: Can microbes distinguish a friend from a foe?

My name is Oleksandr (Sasha) Cherednichenko, graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).  In the Master's program, I specialized in the application of deep learning to structural bioinformatics. Here, at IceLab and the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics, I aim to create a deep reinforcement learning framework to answer a single question: Can microbes distinguish a friend from a foe? My PhD is funded through the SciLifeLab data-driven life science (DDLS) research school.

In my free time, I find myself into playing chess or reading books. In addition, I enjoy the tranquility of the woods and the beauty of the natural world, but from the safe distance.
