I work as associate professor at the department of Education. 2015 I was awarded the title "Excellent teacher" at the university.
My research mostly concerns professional learning and professional education, with a particular focus on the transition from education to work. My doctoral thesis from 2012 was on the subject of the education of medical doctors. I have a special intrest in reflection as a process of professional learning. As a part of the group "Leadership, organization and working life", I have done research in diverse settings concerning the education in and for work.
