I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mining and Mineral Exploration Engineering, a Master's in Physics-Geophysics, and a PhD in Geology with a specialization in Basin Modelling. Following my PhD, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Informatics and Information Systems, where I focused on studying the value of artificial intelligence in society and enterprises. Currently, I work as a Staff Scientist and serve as the Node Coordinator for the Swedigarch project. Additionally, I work as a Data Scientist and am a member of the management team for the National Infrastructure for Archaeological Science and the Strategic Environmental Archaeology Database (SEAD).

I am driven by a commitment to advancing data-driven and numerical modelling, supporting scientific research through effective data management, robust database development, and project management. My research interests lie in integrating machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) methodologies to enhance geoscientific insights and data processing capabilities. Additionally, I am interested in exploring long-term human-environment interactions, using data-centric approaches to better understand these dynamics over time.

I am also a participant in the followings:

Cost Action - CA23116 - Open Palaeoecological Data - analysing the past building foresight (PalaeOpen) - Sweden represnter in the Management Committee (MC), and memebr of the Working Groups of Data storage and management (WG3) and Outreach and education (WG4).

Old Wood in a New Light - Swedish national research data infrastructure for dendrochronology (Steering committee, represnter of the Swedigarch project).
