I am a doctoral student with an interest in the assessment practices in the Swedish preschool class.
In my research I am interested in how teachers in the Swedish preschool class identify their students' language resources and needs in the language assessment that is obligatory since 2019. By interviewing teachers, special educators and legal guardians, and by being present in the classroom when two teachers carry out the assessment, I visualize assessment practices in the preschool class.
