I am currently a WASP Postdoc, working with the DAISY cluster. My work during my doctorate has been on parallel computation of hypergraph decompositions. My general fields of interest include structural decomposition, parallel computing and database theory.

As part of my work at Umeå University, the PI I work under is Diego Calvanese and the current project is on temporal ontology-based data access. Simply speaking, the idea is to investigate and ideally implement ways to allowing rich temporal reasoning on temporal data, such as time-series or interval-based representations of time. While currently in its early stages, the goal is to work towards first applications, in the form of prototypes and ideally complete systems in the future.
