In my thesis work I examine processes of becoming and conditions for professional development in the Police. I also work with teaching.
I am a PhD student in Education since 2022. In my thesis work, I am interested in processes of becoming and career in the Police. I examine how employees are shaped through cultural and structural structures and how opportunities for career and professional development are enabled and constrained through these. Further, I work with teaching on freestanding courses and as a supervisor at the police education.
