In my thesis project I examine work and learning from an equality perspective. The context for my studies is the Swedish police.
I am a PhD student in Education since 2022. In my thesis work, I am interested in work and learning from an equality perspective in the Police. I examine how employees are shaped through cultural and structural structures and how opportunities for career and professional development are enabled and constrained through these. Further, I work with teaching on freestanding courses and as a supervisor at the police education.
