I am HR Strategist at the Office for Human Resources. My main area is strategic competence supply in general and recruitment of researchers and teachers in particular.
I am an alumni from Umea University with an BSc in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations. I have worked in both public and private sector roles before returning to work in higher education 2012. My experience includes a variety of strategic and operative work in the fields of recruitment, internationalisation, diversity, strategic planning, analysis and process improvement. My main field of work is strategic competence supply in general and recruitment of researchers and teachers in particular. I am project leader for the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) implementation process of the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter and Code). According to the Charter and Code Umeå University was awarded the HR Excellence in Research from the European Commission in 2020.
