Courses
Course levels: 100–499: Undergraduate level
Course information: The majority of courses in the BA program are 3 credits (see an advisor at Grant MacEwan to add any 6 credit courses).
Full time studies (corresponding to 30 hp):
Undergraduate: 15 credits
Academic year
Autumn term: September–December
Winter term: January–April
Additional costs
As an exchange student, you do not need to pay tuition fees. However, additional costs may incur.
Exchange students must pay mandatory supplemental fees (approximately $600 depending on program). This will cover student services on campus (bus pass, counselling and academic advising, sports facilities and many discounted social activities) and mandatory course material fee. Accommodation
On-campus: Students can apply for housing. MacEwan Residence has more than 700 apartment-style rooms. The Residence services will provide exchange students with of information regarding living in residence. The downtown location is on campus and close to restaurants, bus routes, shopping centers and local attractions. They are fully furnished, with utilities and internet included in the rent for four/eight months.
Off-campus: accommodations must be found independently by the student.
