Conference fee

(VAT 25 % excluded)

2600 SEK for university employed participants and students
2200 SEK for PhD students presenting posters
5000 SEK for other participants

Bus fee

(Round trip, Umeå - Hemavan, VAT 6 % excluded)

750 SEK for adults
450 SEK for children 8-15 years
Free of charge for children up to 7 years

Accommodation

(Full board and Lodging, VAT 25 % excluded)

4000 SEK/person for single room
3500 SEK/person for part in double room / family room
1400 SEK/child (up to 12 years) extra bed in parent's room

Price include accommodation (March 10-14), 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches,
3 dinners and a conference dinner. Price does not include wine package for the conference dinner (195 SEK/ person inkl. VAT). Wine packages are paid at the hotel.

Note: The prices are without VAT, which are the prices that e.g., Swedish university employees pay when paying through their department. Price for accompanying persons and non-academic/ business participants shall be increased by VAT.

Please note that you can check in at the earliest 15:00 March 10 and check out at the latest 09:00 March 14.

Payment information

Payment of the conference fee, accommodation and miscellaneous for the participant is made by an invoice or a bank/ credit card. The payment by card is made directly upon submission of the registration form.

Cancellation policy

In order to cancel the registration, a written notification of cancellation should be sent to Krister Andersson, krister@umea-congress.se.

If cancellation is received at latest January 31, the registration fee minus a cancellation fee of SEK 1000 will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellation after January 31. There is no refund for no-shows.
