On Friday, the 31st of May, Umeå School of Business, Economics and Statistics (USBE) will hold a ceremony to honor graduating students.

Who can register?
The ceremony is for graduating students at all USBE programmes and single subject courses. If you wish to attend the ceremony you must register yourself and your guests.
Note: You can register for the ceremony even if you are not ready with the thesis work as the certificate you will receive at the ceremony is only "ceremonial". To get the Degree Diploma from Umeå University, you must apply for this when all your courses are completed.
Guests
The Aula Nordica holds 1100 seats and before we know how many students that will attend, we must limit the number of guests to 2 per graduating student.
If you have a guest with a disability who need a special place to sit, please contact therese.sarlin@umu.se.
Extra guest tickets
After the registration time has expired (April 14), we will know how many extra tickets we can release. You will get an e-mail with information.
Tickets
You will pick up your student ticket and your guest tickets at the Student Service Office at Business Administration. You will get an e-mail when the tickets are ready to be picked up, usually about one week before the ceremony.
Bring the tickets with you to the ceremony
You and your guests need to show the ticket when entering the ceremony!
Personal congratulations during the ceremony
Family and friends can send in congratulations and greetings. The greetings will be shown during the ceremony in Aula Nordica. You can also congratulate a fellow student if you like.
A seat is reserved for each participant which means that sign up is binding. Please inform Therese Sarlin (therese.sarlin@umu.se) if you or your guests not will attend the ceremony. Many of you wish to have more tickets so please inform any cancellation.
