UPL is responsible for the e-learning systems Canvas, Zoom, Umu Play, Mentimeter and Ouriginal (former Urkund). We offer support in these systems to both staff and students.

UPL offers support in the e-learning systems at Umeå university, Canvas, Umu Play and Zoom among others. We offer support to both staff and students. We offer an e-café in Zoom a couple of times each week. As a user of the e-learning systems you can log in to the café and ask any questions you may have.
UPL also has a wide variety of workshops for training in e-learning systems. For example, we have workshops for our learning platforms, Zoom and Umu Play.
UPL can visit departments to introduce and inform about the e-learning systems. Your department can also book a workshop based on your needs in, for example Canvas, Zoom or UmU Play. The only requirement is that you are five persons or more attending. The workshop can be held in Swedish or English. Send your questions about a department visit to UPL.
