• If you are new to an instrument, you need education before you are granted access, see contact person at each instrument. Unless this education is of more "short introductory nature" it will be charged 700SEK/h and may be available upon request only (try to combine with other users).
• Booking should be done in the calendar next to the instrument.
• The log should include information about : 1/ user, 2/ Research Group, 3/ organizational unit number, 4/ actual time spent on the instrument, 5/ Comments on performance or of any other nature that could assist in maintenance of the instrument.
• Be realistic about how much time is booked for an instrument in relation to how much you will actually use it. Although you will only be charged for the time you have used the instrument you may be charged also for booked time if you heavily "overbook" the instrument.
• For groups/staff maintaining the instruments a reduced fee will be charged. This fee will be decided together with head of dept. when the fees are charged.
• If you discover any malfunctions or broken parts on the instrument, you need to notify the responsible contact person/group.
• The user fees will be charged for every started hour.
