If you need to cancel a booked appointment, you can call or send an e-mail to the person you were supposed to meet at the Student Health Service, or contact Infocenter. All pre-booked appointments for counselling will be held in the Student Health Service premises in Samhällsvetarhuset (Social Sciences Building).
Cancel a booked appointment at the Student Health Service
As soon as you know if you want to cancel a booked appointment at the Student Health Service, please contact the person you were supposed to meet with for your counselling session. You can call or send an e-mail to the person. You can find contact information to the employees at Student Health Service on the Student Services webpages.
If you don´t know the name of the person you were supposed to meet, call Infocenter at 090-786 50 00 and leave a message to the Student Health Service.
Important to know before the counselling session
According to the Swedish Patient Data Act, we need to write a record in a journal for your visits to us. You must therefore bring an identity document to your visit so that we know that you are really you.
All of the staff at the Student Health Service observes confidentiality, which means nothing you say during a counselling session may be carried on.
Find your way to your booked appointment
All pre-booked appointments for counselling will be held in the Student Health Services premises in Samhällsvetarhuset (Social Sciences Building). Please take a seat in our waiting room until your name is called.

Walk to the entrance Hörsalstorget 8 in Samhällsvetarhuset (Social Sciences Building). Please note there is no elevator.
Go through the entrance door and walk the first staircase. You will find the Student Health Service in front of you. Our roll-up is placed outside our premises.
Go through the entrance door to the Student Health Service and continue further in the corridor. You will find our waiting room on the right side. Please take a seat in our waiting room until your name is called.
Public restrooms are available just outside the entrance to our corridor.
Direction for you who cannot take the stairs
Take the entrance to Lindellhallen (Lindell Hall). The entrance to Lindell Hall is located across the bridge from Universum and the campus fountain.
When you enter the doors into Lindellhallen, take to the left and continue down the long corridor.
Follow the corridor straight ahead (past Café Tornet), until you reach the Student Health Service, which you will find on the right side. Our roll-up is placed outside our entrance.
Continue through the entrance doors and you will find our waiting room on the right side. Please take a seat in our waiting room until your name is called.
Public restrooms are available just outside the entrance to our corridor.
