Updated rules for booking group study rooms take effect from the 2023 autumn semester. The most noticeable change is that you need to confirm your booking to keep it.
You can book a room for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of three hours.
All bookings start on the hour.
You must confirm your booking. This can be done no sooner than 30 minutes before and no later than 15 minutes after start of the booked slot.
If you do not confirm your booking on time, your booking will automatically be removed.

Use the QR code available in every bookable room to access the confirmation page.
Zoom for digital meetings
As an alternative to a physical meeting, Zoom is a great tool for you to meet and collaborate with your classmates. As a student, you can both participate in and host a meeting. Log in to Zoom using your Umu-id.
