How to log into adobe.com to download Adobe CC programs for students
Log on to adobe.com by clicking on login on the top right hand side of the web page.
You will be asked to write an email address.
Use your own UMU-ID: abcd1234@umu.se
If you are asked to choose an account, choose Company or School Account.
You will next see a Umeå University log in page.
Login using your UMU-ID credentials.
Click the dotted icon on the upper right hand side of the page and choose Creative Cloud.
From the column on the right, click on “Install Creative Cloud software”
After the Creative Cloud installer is finished, you will be able to download the Creative Cloud applications you wish to use.
If you have problems logging into adobe.com please contact your Programme Director before you contact ITS support to make sure you are on the list of students who have requested an Adobe user account.
