Your teachers are the ones you will have the most contact with during your studies. They can answer questions about the courses they teach – how they are structured, what literature is used, how the examination is carried out and such. However, there are also other people who have tasks associated with student services. Here you can read more about them.
The study administrators manages, among other things, everything that has to do with LADOK (the university's study records system), which is registration and de-registration of students on courses and reporting of study results.
You should contact your study administrator when you want to:
sign up for a test
notify about an interruption on a course
receive a course certificate.
Course coordinator
Each course has a course coordinator (see list below). He/she shall, among other things, ensure that the schedule is available according to the rules of the university, that the teaching and examination is carried out in accordance with the syllabus, that the results are being reported and that the courses are evaluated.
Student counsellor
The counsellor will help you plan your studies. She can, for example, assist when it comes to finding a suitable course, inform about subjects and course contents, course learning objectives and working life. Furthermore, you can get advice about study social issues and help to get any special assistance you are entitled to. The counsellor has professional secrecy.
The assistant director of studies for your topic can answer more general questions about the courses you are taking or have completed, including all questions about credit transfer.

Director of studies for the undergraduate and graduate level
The director of studies is responsible for all ongoing activities concerning our courses, such as range of courses, syllabus and staffing. Together with the assistant directors of studies, she is also pedagogically responsible.
