Lecturer in Industrial design
I am educated at Umeå Institute of Design, Umeå University and have worked as an industrial designer and interior architect since 1993. My experience spans many different types of projects and clients. I co-founded the company Struktur Design and have also worked at Link arkitektur and AFRY Ark Studio in recent years as an interior architect. Over the years, the projects have varied from small electronic products to public environments with high demands on recycling and the working environment. The customers have varied from small and large manufacturing companies to public customers.
Today I work as a university lecturer at Umeå Institute of Design. My role includes teaching and supervision in projects where design processes and user studies are at the center. Sustainability and circular processes are areas in which I like to deepen my knowledge.
