Tatjana Titareva specialises in AI policy and digital transformation with over 18 years of international experience across academia, public institutions and intergovernmental organisations. She serves on the Presidential Commission on AI at the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) in the US, helping shape guidelines that influence AI's future in education. Her work extends through her association with Oxford University's AI in Education research hub (AIEOU) and as an AI Policy Clinic fellow at the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) in Washington, DC. Tatjana develops and delivers AI literacy and ethics training programmes, bridging the gap between technological advancement and responsible implementation. She has been nominated and soon will start to serve as a lead of the AI and Ethics group for the United Nations Higher Education Sustainability Initiatives (HESI) Action Group on the Futures of Higher Education and Artificial Intelligence, co-launched by UNESCO IESALC and UN University.
