Maria Berge is Associate Professor in science and technology education at Umeå University. She holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Education Research. Her research interests are centred around issues related to interactional patterns and norms in the context of learning science and technology.
Maria Berge is course coordinator on the course Work Technology and Gender (5 ECTS) that has become compulsory for all PhD students in computing science since 2020. The course provides an advanced introduction to the areas of technology and work from an intersectional perspective.
