I am a Senior Lecturer and Consultant Psychiatrist and my research focuses on understanding the psychology and biology of eating disorders and the mechanisms that contribute to the maintenance of these disorders.

This includes research on psychopathological phenomena such as emotional dysregulation, personality, motivation/ambivalence and their treatment.

My research also includes the search for biomarkers of prognosis and treatment efficacy in eating disorders.
