The life drawing curriculum develops the students ability to observe and skilfully draw from a live model.
In life drawing 1 ( Kroki 1) we go through the basics, to then deepen our knowledge and sharpen our skills further in Life Drawing 2 (Kroki 2).
Kroki 1 and 2 are free standing courses, applications are open to anyone with basic university qualification. One must undertake Life Drawing 1 to be accepted for Life Drawing 2.
I introduce a plethora of different techniques for observing, measuring and mark making, utilising examples from art history to illustrate different approaches to drawing the figure.
