I work as a associate professor at the Department of Psychology and as a clinical psychologist in Region Västerbotten. My research concerns quality and implementation processes in the health system.
My work could be placed in the cross-section between psychology and public health. My research concerns how new evidence and innovation can be developed and implemented in a way that it helps reduce social and health gaps in society. I have a particular interest in the health area of mental health in children and young people.
In several studies, I have analyzed and evaluated national and regional strategies and policies to strengthen quality, participation and accessability of health care and social care aimed at children and young people.
I teach at basic, advanced and postgraduate level in research methodology, child- and adolescent psychology and implementation science.
I also work as a clinical psychologist at the Center for Maternal and Child Health Care within Region Västerbotten. I am vice-chairman of the Psychological Association's Ethics Council and I coordiante a network of implementation practitioners and scientists in northern Sweden.
I teach at basic, advanced and postgraduate level in research methodology, implementation science and child- and adolescent psychology.
