At NMD I am involved in research on Emotions in Engineering Education (Johanna Länngren, EMOTE) and expamning on positioning theory with the concept of affect and emotions. I furthermore explore university biology instructors' perspectives on effective and inclusive teaching and am furthermore involved in Anita Hussénius' VR projekc I jakt på materiens betydelse - genus, emotioner och utrustning i laborativa undervisningssituationer (with among onthers Annica Gullberg and Kate Scantlebury). 

Additionally, I am an active member of the research group for Science Education, UmSER (Umeå Science Education Research).
