My research interest is the low-dimensional semiconductor materials, including organic, inorganic and hybrid materials, and their applications in various energy-conversion processes.
My research focuses on bio-based functional nanomaterials and their sustainable use in optoelectronic applications. Specifically, we are exploring the potential of using biomass as the starting material to synthesize highly fluorescent carbon dots, which are promising active materials in various optoelectronic devices, such as organic light-emitting devices, solar cells, and photocatalyst devices.
