I am part of a research group that investigates transdisciplinary competence and behaviour that is related to errors and audit scandals. I am also part of an action research team that inspires sustainability education. Together, my work is integrated into the courses that I teach in accounting through the sustainability perspective.
I have worked with different theories and methodological perspectives, including equality, ethical behaviour, learning and affective theories. I have expereince in several differet research methods and I am open to using any method that can help answer the research question. Right now. I am conducting an action research project that combines several different methods of practical research.
I am especially interested in how we can collaborate to create transdisciplinary competence. I have been involved in a project research group to develop a digital tool that can help support teachers, students and organisations to develop skills for sustainability. The tool helps map the mindsets for key sustainability competencies that can be used to design expereinces. From support with UFS we have also worked with organisations in the region to apply this support for life-long learning for sustainbility in the community.
