Statistical Learning for Chronosilviculture

This project is a part of the IceLab Multidisciplinary Postdoctoral Project Program. It aims to develop statistical learning approaches to understand the role of the circadian clock from genes’ expression to growth, where the explainability and interpretability of our models will be the focus.
