Research project The Department of Political Science has been assigned to follow and evaluate EIP-Agri for a five-year period (2016-2021).
EIP-Agri is an initiative within the Rural Program in the form of (i) support for the formation of innovation groups and ii) support for innovation projects. EIP-Agri is a focused support for innovations in the area of agriculture, horticulture and reindeer herding industries. The new design of the innovation support within EIP-Agri leads to an analysis of whether this initiative really leads to an increase in the degree of innovations. The assignment is primarily qualitative in nature. In the initial phase, the evaluation focuses primarily on application and decision-making processes for innovation support and has mapped out how EIP-Agri's operations and decisions work in practice.
