Research project Carrying out of a case study for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 on data collection at Individual Scale by Umeå University for UMS Riate.
The main activity carried out at SMC is development of computer based geographical models and research based on such models. The basic development of models and resources related to this includes development of SMC:s database and the microsimulation model SVERIGE. In addition, a number of other research projects are carried out, based on the database. In some cases, the projects entail the development of custum-made simulation models.
