Domestic violence. Characteristic patterns of vulnerability
Research project
Violence in close relationship is a long-established individual and social problem, both in Sweden and in other countries. Violence that affects children, adolescents and adults, girls and women as well as boys and men.
Domestic violence may apply to children who are abused by their parents, young people who are exposed to so-called dating violence, adult men and women who are subjected to violence by their partners etc. The overall aim of this research project is to contribute to increased knowledge. The research is based on questionnaires answered by 5681 women and 4654, an existing dataset that 2012-2013 that was created on the initiative of the The National Centre for Knowledge on Men's Violence Against Women (NCK).
