Research project A sub-study in the so-called LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) project studies how the informants feel about participating in a diet survey.

The LCHF project is a randomized controlled study with crossover design where young normal-weight women alternately ate a strict LCHF diet and according to the Nordic nutritional recommendations.
