SwedNMR is a national research infrastructure that provides access to state-of-the-art NMR instrumentation as well as expert support in all fields of NMR spectroscopy.
About SwedNMR
SwedNMR (Swedish Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) is a national infrastructure that provides researchers in Sweden with access to to state-of-the-art NMR instrumentation as well as expert support in all fields of NMR spectroscopy. By coordinating a wealth of specialised NMR resources, it provides a node-based infrastructure for a wide range of applications for analysing the structure of matter at the atomic level – in everything from organic and pharmaceutical molecules, proteins, RNA and DNA to batteries, solar cells and patient samples. Operations are organized in three topical modules – BioNMR, Materials NMR and Translational NMR, collaboratively linking geographically separated access and expert nodes. NMR is open to users from all fields and levels of expertise, providing Swedish research and innovation with cutting edge NMR.
SwedNMR is a research infrastructure supported by the Swedish Research Council from 2022-2026 and the 10 participating universities:
University of Gothenburg
Chalmers University of Technology
Karolinska Institutet
Lund University
Linköping University
Royal Institute of Technology
Stockholm University
Swedish Agricultural University
Umeå University
Uppsala University
There are three access nodes to the Swedish NMR Centre (Gothenburg, Stockholm, Umeå) and 5 expert nodes.
