The area learning is within Educational Science and includes research aimed at increasing the understanding of the importance that frame factors and other preconditions have for learning about food and health in the area of Home and Consumer Studies, the importance of school meals for learning, and teaching and learning related to pedagogical development in higher education. We study how teaching through student activation and blended learning is received by students in our basic courses, as well as what effect these methods have on learning in the discipline of food and nutrition.
