Employer issues – labour law, negotiation and transition

In the area of employer issues, we drive the development of employer policy issues in order to create conditions for a coordinated employer function.

Our work should contribute to Umeå University being perceived as an attractive workplace for both current and future employees. Employer issues include support in labour law, contract and salary negotiations and transition processes. We are responsible for developing university-wide policy documents and processes in our area.
