NEWS During Thursday 5th of March Arcum was visited by Professor Feng Qu from the newly started Arctic Studies Center at Liaocheng University, China.
Professor Qu visited Arcum to get to know the activities and search for new collaboration possibilities. During the meeting Peter Sköld, director of Arcum, and Oscar Sedholm, project assistant at Arcum, held a presentation on how Arcum has gone from an idea to today including around 290 researchers. Afterwards, professor Qu presented how he has worked for establishing an Arctic Center with a social science focus in northeastern China. Jing Helmersson from Várdduo also participated in the meeting.
