Updated rules for booking group study rooms – remember to confirm your booking!

From the 2023 autumn semester, new rules apply when you book group study rooms. The most noticeable change for students is that you need to confirm your booking to keep it. You need to complete this confirmation no sooner than 30 minutes before and no later than 15 minutes after the start of the booked slot.
We all have a role to play in reducing the negative impact our activities have on the climate and environment. And one way is to use university premises efficiently. The new booking rules mean that booked rooms that remain unused become available to others. In this way, we will increase the number of available study spaces without the need for building new premises.
