Support Office for Life Science and Health (SOLH) participated in this year’s KBC Days on November 5–6 with both a presentation and an exhibition booth in collaboration with the academia-adjacent innovation support. Through their presence, SOLH shared insights about the project and highlighted the opportunities available for researchers to receive support in developing ideas within Life Science.
SOLH’s project manager, Mats Falck, delivered a presentation on research results and innovation. Falck discussed opportunities for utilizing and commercializing research results and ideas beyond academia. He emphasized the benefits such as the generation of new ideas for research projects, input to research applications, and greater impact through connections with industry partners.
Falck also highlighted SOLH’s role in supporting researchers in transforming ideas into innovations. By outlining how SOLH and the innovation support system can assist, the lecture fostered discussions on how researchers can turn their ideas and findings into tangible societal benefits.
