In an opinion piece in Tuesday’s “Västerbottens kuriren” several environmental organizations criticize the County’s and Region’s objection to the tax suggested by the recent state investigation.
Among other things, the authors establish that CO2-emissions from air traffic are growing. Attempts to replace used fossil fuels with bio based alternatives are unrealistic as the land needed is currently used for many other purposes.
