Between 7 and 27 June, there will be maintenance work on the Office 365 platform. Those affected by this work will get personal information about what it will mean for you in more detail.
During the period from June 7 to 27, Umeå University will carry out maintenance work on the Office 365 platform which will affect both students and employees at Umeå University.
The maintenance work means that we will move all the features included in Office 365 to a new environment. This will affect those who are using collaborative spaces, mailboxes for students and OneDrive in Office 365.
From June 7, the group work feature in O365 will no longer be available
From June 7, 2016, you will no longer be able to work with groups in O365. This means that currently existing groups will be shut down and it won´t be possible to create new groups.
