From a business perspective, he highlighted Lindex’s proactive efforts in developing cross-disciplinary collaboration, focusing on how teams consisting of IT professionals and business professionals can work together more efficiently. He stressed the need for agility and clear decision-making mandates to avoid operational delays and maintain flexibility.
One of the key projects Florian discussed was Lindex’s Digital Store Program, which helps the company build strategic capabilities for seamless operations using AI. He also presented the Lindex Copilot, an AI tool designed to improve the in-store shopping experience.
Looking ahead, Florian emphasized that future business graduates must remain "tech curious”, by balancing technological possibilities with organizational strategies and being open to new innovative ways of working in the future.
