Exciting design on display at the University Library

On the 18th of February at 1:30 pm in the University Library, an exciting and creative design exhibition created by students of the Umeå Institute of Design will be on display.
The exhibition will be open from 16 February until 8 March. The University Library will be displaying examples of degree projects and project work carried out by students in the industrial design programme at the Umeå Institute of Design. Models, posters and digital information will give visitors insight of how the students work on finding creative solutions in various design projects.
In addition, the high quality work of the Institute is highlighted, which has recently led to the recognition of being named a Centre of Excellence in Higher Education by the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education. Read more on the recognition.
Time: The exhibition opens on 18 February at 1:30 pm by chief librarian Kjell Jonsson, and Institute of Design head of department Tapio Alakörkkö. The exhibition will be open between 16 February and 8 March. Place: Exhibition area in the study hall, University Library, Umeå University
