Arcum is in Russia attending the International Arctic Forum
This year's theme is Arctic - Territory of Dialogue and participants are given the opportunity to discuss sustainable growth for the Arctic region. Besides Arcum, researchers, stakeholders, our prime minister as well as prime ministers from Norway, Finland, Iceland, Russia and others are attending.
