The Faculty of Social Sciences is the faculty at Umeå University with the most extensive exchange activities. The ambition is that all students are given the opportunity to gain international experience.
Students can take one semester or one academic year at one of Umeå University’s hundreds of partner universities, or participate in a range of courses or activities together with incoming exchange students to Umeå University.
Most partner universities are situated in Europe, but the faculty has partners in all continents. To further increase opportunities for exchange studies, the faculty has also established its own contacts with a number of partner universities.
