This seminar is an introduction to pedagogical qualification at Umeå University. Teachers' pedagogical skills are assessed in connection with recruitment and promotion, but there is also an opportunity for continuous career development through a pedagogical qualification model with two levels.
In the seminar, we will have a closer look at what is required for applying to this qualification model and how teachers can prepare for this during their careers.
The seminar is part of the introductory programme for new employees.
