Diversity as developer for norm shock
Based on a recent normcritical research intervention in Danish youth clubs, Prof. Marta Padovan-Özdemir will do a presentation on Diversity as developer for norm shocks. Norm shocks can be used as developer of norms, but how can we empirically and analytically identify norm shocks? In this seminar presentation, I propose to discuss how experiences with diversity turned into narratives may assist our analytical identification of norm shocks and by that aid our understanding of the subtle power dynamics of various norms at play in pedagogical practice.

If possible, please, read the mentioned text (in Danish) below in advance of the seminar
